Package 1: The RESTART® Program

The RESTART® Program is a simple, powerful way to reset your diet and give your body a vacation from sugar and processed foods.

Led by Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Miriam Zacharias, you will experience a guided 3-week sugar detox built right into the 5-week program and discover how to use REAL FOOD to boost your energy, reduce inflammation and banish sugar and carb cravings. You have 3 options to choose from:

  • RESTART® for Individuals – The ultimate in custom nutrition support and education! If you are someone who prefers a solo experience with loads of direct, personal support, this package is for you. It includes the full 5-week RESTART® program + sugar detox, unlimited email support, RESTART® cookbook, and personal guidance on shopping, food preparation, recipes, and more.
  • Families and couples – For many, getting others on board and enlisting the support of your loved ones can be the single most powerful way to ensure compliance with the program (and help in the kitchen!). Though RESTART® isn’t recommended for young children, mature teens and young adults who want to learn basic nutrition education and healthy eating habits are welcome to join the whole family and gain lifelong skills to boot. Email support and RESTART® cookbook are included.
  • Group Classes – The strength of a collective can be inspiring and rewarding. New ideas, recipes, experiences, and just having others help support you through this game-changing dietary journey is extremely powerful and fun! You’ll have ongoing group email support by Miriam throughout the 5-week program; each participant will receive the RESART® cookbook, too. For many people, this program has changed their lives, giving them hope and freedom to feel and look their best in years. Learn how this powerful program can help you. We strongly encourage all our clients to go through the RESTART® program first, as re-establishing your nutritional set point often results in improvements in and supports most other lifestyle factors, including movement, sleep, and stress.

Package 2: Health and Fitness Coaching

If you are looking for a personalized health and fitness program to round out your healthy lifestyle goals, Jay Zacharias, Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, will help you get moving in the right direction, working alongside you to support you on your path to personal wellness.

You will meet weekly with Coach Jay via video call for four to twelve weeks, depending on your needs, to build and implement a custom, multi-phase health & fitness program. The initial focus will be to improve your physical ability to effectively accomplish the activities you encounter in everyday living and to address other areas that are of concern for you, such as sleep and stress.

Once you move through the initial steps, we will work on an advanced plan to up-level your fitness for your chosen activity or sport.
